How To Loose Postpartum Belly Fast

1. Exercise

How to get rid of your postpartum belly FAST

Exercising is the most important thing that you must do to get your pre-baby body back.

After giving birth to my son, I allowed my body to heal for 40 days. Then, I started going to the gym! My partner is a former NFL player and he was my trainer. It was great to have his help because it pushed me to work harder and be consistent.

When you have a baby it’s hard to make time for yourself but it’s important that you do it if you want to see change. If you can’t go to the gym, do home workouts.

I know it can be hard to get into a routine and be consistent but I have a little secret…..

If you just don’t like working out, you don’t have to do it for long just try your best for the first few weeks just to strengthen your core and get it back to how it was before the baby. That’s what I did, and I feel like it really helped but I also use a belly wrap and the skin tightening products mentioned below.

2. Support Belt

This is a 3 in 1 Recovery Support Belt that you absolutely NEED after you have a baby. I wore this belt for 6 weeks and only removed it for a few minutes throughout the day to rest.

I really love this belt because you can make it as tight as you want. It will help you shift all your organs back into place. Throughout the 6 weeks you’ll notice your stomach getting tighter and tighter.

I slowly reduced the amount of time that I would wear it for, until I felt I no longer needed it.

3. Eat healthy

You really have to let go of junk food if you want to succeed in this journey. You also have to eat the right foods to get proper nutrition.

It’s very hard to let go of all the goodies but you’ll be glad you did when you start to see and feel the results. Eating healthy will also benefit your child if you’re breastfeeding.

If you’re not breastfeeding, just do it for YOU.

4. Breastfeeding/ Pumping

Did you know that breastfeeding and pumping burns calories?

That’s right! I couldn’t believe it either but you burn hundreds depending on how much you are breastfeeding. On average you can burn an extra 200-500 calories a day.

I used to breastfeed + pump and save a ton of milk in the freezer.

Pumping was very time consuming though, so I always used this electric breast pump that would do all the work for me. I was luckily producing a lot of milk so I was breastfeeding on one side and pumping the other side every few hours. I tried a few pumps honestly and this one is my favorite one so I do recommend it. I was still able to get my work done and do my chores while pumping, love it.

How To Tighten Loose Skin After Pregnancy

If you want to get rid of your postpartum belly you’ll have to also work on your skin.

After you deliver your little one your skin can become loose since it stretched so much for 9 months. I would highly recommend taking care of your skin just as much as trying to loose the baby weight. It’s crucial because if you loose the baby weight but you don’t tighten the skin you’re still going to have all this saggy skin.

I strongly recommend this skin tightening cream gel from Veenourish. It worked so well for me and I am so happy that I used it. I don’t know if my skin would be how it is now it I hadn’t been so consistent with it.

I started using them right after I had my baby. I would wear the postpartum belly wrap, but before putting it on I would apply the Skin Tightening Cream Gel. I would apply in the morning, at night and throughout the day.

*You don’t have to do this but sometimes I would use plastic wrap over the product and then put the belly wrap on. I would do this to allow the product to sit on my skin longer.

How Does The Skin Tightening Cream Work?

The skin tightening cream gel is made with amazing skin tightening ingredients that’s why I chose it, it’s also made with clean ingredients and are safe to use while breastfeeding.

Take a look at more of the products benefits, I will also talk about the ingredients it is made with down below.

Benefits:

  • Tightens Skin: The powerful ingredients help firm and tighten loose skin.
  • Fades Stretch Marks: It also helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks, giving you smoother skin.
  • Nourishes and Hydrates: Keeps your skin moisturized and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • Nannochloropsis Oculata Extract: This microalgae extract is known for its skin-tightening effects. It creates an immediate, visible lifting effect and helps to strengthen the skin’s connective tissue over time, improving overall firmness and elasticity.
  • Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate: Helps to stimulate collagen production, which improves skin firmness and reduces sagging.
  • Algae Extract, Pullulan: Provides an immediate tightening effect on the skin while supporting long-term skin firmness and elasticity.

What You Should Know Before Using

Before you start using any new skincare product, it’s important to keep a few things in mind:

  • Consistency is Key: For best results, use the product consistently as part of your daily skincare routine. I was consistent and I believe that’s why I have no loose skin left (the picture above is actually me applying the cream so you can see I have no loose skin). Use this products as directed and give them time to work.
  • Consult a Doctor: If you have sensitive skin or any skin conditions, talk to your dermatologist before trying new products.

Tips For Faster Results

It’s not easy to get back to how your body was pre pregnancy. But know that if you set goals, make time and really push yourself. Then, you can accomplish anything!

Here are a few more tips you can follow for even faster results!

1. Have a set time for the gym and focus on stomach workouts.

2. If you don’t buy it, you don’t eat it. So don’t buy junk!

3. If you can, breastfeed/pump exclusively.

4. Use the skin tightening products when you wake up, before bed and throughout the day.

5. The belly wrap can be uncomfortable but wear it as much as you can, especially in the beginning.

6. BE CONSISTENT.

Truth is, you won’t see results unless you’re consistent. I was honestly desperate to get rid of my saggy skin and the few extra pounds. I just knew that if I didn’t try right after healing postpartum, I probably never would and I would be stuck with skin that I didn’t feel confident with.

I believe it’s also harder to loose your postpartum belly the longer you wait. So, get to it! Get this skin tightening cream gel, start working out, eat healthy, breastfeed or pump when you can, stay hydrated and be consistent!

  5. First and foremost, what a beautiful baby. Congratulations to you. Secondly. I love that you said that if you don’t buy it you don’t eat it. So true. Sometimes, you just see the junk on the shelf and it calls your name. Great advice.

  6. I loved the fact that Breastfeeding helped with calories. I do know from personal experience how true that it! Good job with that hard work!

  7. Great tips. I have had two large babies ( 9lbs 14oz & 9lbs 3oz) which have really changed my body. I’m still working on it but have kind of hit a stalemate. This is some good inspiration, you look great!

  10. I am glad you were able to get back to a place where you felt comfortable in your skin again! Exercise and eating healthy are great things we should all be doing and modeling for our children, so these can have double benefits too. Thanks for sharing your journey and success!

  11. After my first two babies, I bounced back within a week! I thought it was so easy. Then every baby after that took soooo much longer. I guess it was easier because I was younger.

  12. Great inspiration. I haven’t had a baby, but have always found it interesting how some people can bounce back so easily, while it’s much more challenging for others. However, if having that pre-baby body back is important to you, anyone can do it. You just have to dedicate yourself, put in the effort and refuse to settle for less! In that sense, it’s really no different from those who are looking to lose weight that was put on for any other reason – even if it’s just that you let yourself go.

  13. I can’t recommend the support belt enough! Women in so many different cultures have practiced belly binding post-partum for many generations. It definitely works!

  14. It is nice to have some tips for healthy living and getting back to your pre baby body. It is good to also give it some time and realize that your body will change after childbirth.

  15. You look great! Thank you for sharing what works with you. My baby days are likely done, but this definitely would have been helpful during that time!

  16. I also think that a lot of women are scared to exercise after giving birth. As long as you do it safely and the right way, it’s so good for you!

  17. These are great tips. I did not know about the 3 in 1 recovery belt. That was interesting. Great article🤗

  18. while I did not snap back to my pre-baby body, i followed all these tips too (except the support belt which I stopped using within a day or so) and did manage to lose enough
